By accessing and using BP Tracker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Premium features are available via a one-time lifetime payment. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via our support contact.
We collect your email address (for authentication) and the health data you explicitly enter (blood pressure readings). We do not collect GPS location or other invasive data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure only you can access your health records.
We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We use Google Analytics (anonymized) to improve app performance.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the app.
